PLACING YOUR ORDER

We are always happy to advise on relevant titles, and make suggestions to help you find the information and scripts you need. The books listed on the web site are usually held  in stock, or can be obtained within two working days.



To Order Online using

This is the easiest way to purchase. Make your title selection and click Add to Basket on the book page. This will take you to the secure PayPal web site where you will see your selection listed . You can return to the Hypnosis Bookshop web site and add more titles as required.

When you have completed your title selections click the View Basket button below to return to PayPal to complete your purchase.




You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase online. PayPal will offer you the option to use a credit card or set up an account if you wish.

We will dispatch your books as soon as possible after we receive notification of your order from PayPal.

Terms of Ordering

Books will be dispatched on the day of receipt once payment has cleared.

You will be informed of availability when placing your order.


Returns

Faulty or damaged books must be returned to us within 7 working days. We will exchange the book and refund postage by return.

We do not send books out on approval so please be sure you order the correct title. Please ask for assistance if you are unsure.

If you take a book on our recommendation and it is not what you wanted or expected we will, of course, take it back provided it is returned in mint condition.

Postage and Packing

Postage and packing is flat charged according to the value of the order. Multiple copies will be sent by DHL/ Securicor providing they can be signed for by the addressee. Please advise on PayPal using the optional information note or by telephone.

Orders to the value of £100 or more will be sent post free by DHL/Securicor.
